Tomorrow is the Elgin Hogeye Festival, a long-time Bastrop County tradition….and Shelter Pet Safety Net will be there again!  This year we are sponsoring a pet adoption booth for the Bastrop County Animal Shelter. We’ll also have some great SPSN merchandise for sale. Come by and see us, and some adoptable animals,  in downtown Elgin!
