Shelter Pet Safety Net is doing some outreach this month via special postcards advertising our spay/neuter subsidy program.   One of our challenges is getting this information to the people who need it.   Spring is upon us and that means far too many puppies and kittens will be on22 their way.  We have also been working on translating our spay/neuter program information and our application into Spanish to reach more people.
